Innovative Input was started in 2001 by the current CEO Piet Kalman, experienced in the field of marine engineering. Innovative Input was his answer for innovative engineering. A team of designers and technical draughtsmen, which started its work innovatively.

From the start three key words were important: Knowledge, Creativity and Experience. Knowledge makes clear what technically is or is not possible. Creativity stands for thinking like a innovator, out of the box. Experience is needed to be able to act innovatively with the end goal in mind. At Innovative Input our developers are not daydreaming but stand with their feed on the ground.

Innovative Input started as design agency. Nowadays we deliver the designed products as well. To be able to do so, we work together with producers in the off- and onshore industry.
